You are no longer required to become a
PayPal member in order to use the service. Anyone can pay with a
credit card and remain a non-member.
If you purchase any of our products or
services online, you will be taken to a secured order form. If
you are not a member of PayPal, you will be prompted to click on
a corresponding tab. Simply fill out your payment information
and complete the purchase. You will not be hassled to become a
PayPal member.

Do you provide a shopping cart solution
which allows me to sell products online and transact secure
credit cards?
Yes, we provide a complete ECommerce package
with all of our ECommerce hosting packages. The ECommerce
hosting packages include the Miva Merchant
4 shopping cart.
I want to be able to process credit cards.
How do I find out about getting a merchant account?
We have partnered with e-onlinedata in order
to provide our customers with discounted rates on merchant

If I am currently hosted at another hosting
company and wish to move my website to LCSSCorp Hosting, what do
I need to do?
Here are the processes for establishing a
hosting account with LCSSCorp hosting:
* First, you will want to establish
your account with LCSSCorp Hosting by purchasing a hosting
account.
* Second, LCSSCorp Hosting will then
create your account on our servers and send you a "Welcome
Letter" which will include your new user name, password, and IP
Address, along with other helpful information.
* Third, you will need to contact your
domain registrar company (ex: Network Solutions, GoDaddy, TuCows)
and point your Domain to our servers. You can do this by simply
changing your name servers to NS1.LCSSCorp.com and
NS2.LCSSCorp.com. Once you change your name server to
point to our servers, it will take 24-72 hours for the domain
change to propogate to our servers.
* Fourth, using a FTP program like
WS_FTP, Fetch, or MS Frontpage, you will need to upload your web
site to your domain on our servers. You will find your account
information in the "Welcome Letter" that we send you.
Can I pay using checks or Money Orders?
Yes, just mail your check or money order to:

Once the payment is received and
the check or money order has cleared, your account will be
activated.
Can I upgrade my account if I
want to?
Yes, at anytime if you wish to
upgrade your account, simply log into your Control Panel and
click "Upgrade CP", you will then be able to upgrade your
hosting package.
Are there any hidden fees?
LCSSCorp Hosting does NOT charge
any hidden fees for any of its products or services.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees on our
Shared Web Hosting Plans. For ECommerce Hosting Plans there is a
setup fee applicable to all ecommerce accounts.
Will there be any ads placed
on my website?
NO, LCSSCorp Hosting does not
place any adds on your website. You control your own website and
its content.
Do you allow adult/porn
content?
No, we do not allow adult/porn
content. Customers posting any type of inappropriate content on
their sites will be given a 48 hour period to make corrective
changes. If no action is taken, LCSSCorp Hosting will suspend
services until appropriate action is taken. A repeated violation
of this policy will cause a cancellation of service without a
refund of any sort.
Do you allow spam?
Absolutely not, the network is
constantly being monitored to ensure we are not hit by any sort
of SPAM emails or viruses. We will not tolerate spam and if you
are guilty of sending spam, we will immediately delete your
account with no refund.
Can I use my own CGI script?
Yes, LCSSCorp Hosting runs a
standard Apache install on a Linux server, and most CGI scripts
will run on our system
Do I get my own CGI-BIN?
Yes, LCSSCorp Hosting provides
you with your own CGI-BIN.
Do you allow MP3 sites?
Yes, we allow legal MP3
sites.
Will I have access to my
account 24 hours a day?
Yes. You can access your account
and website at anytime.
Do you provide site
statistics?
We provide you with your own
sight statistics tool which allows you to keep track of everyone
accessing your website. We also offer the comprehensive Urchin
Site Statistics tool for a small monthly fee. This tool allows
for detailed site statistics tracking, marketing tools, and

Panel.
How often do you backup your data?
Your entire website is backed up once a day.
Changes are backed up every 15 minutes.
